Scottsdale covers an enormous range of housing, and our work changes accordingly. Central and south Scottsdale projects are often mid-century or 1980s homes being opened up — kitchens relocated, walls removed, finishes replaced — where the design work is as much about architecture and flow as it is about furniture.
Further north, projects skew toward newer construction and golf-community residences where the structure is already excellent and the brief is furnishing, lighting, artwork and styling that give the house character the builder package never had.
Many Scottsdale clients are also second-home owners. We plan those projects for durability and low maintenance, with furnishing packages that can be delivered and installed in a single coordinated push while the owners are out of state.
